Instructions
  1. Place potatoes in a large sauce pan and enough water to cover by a few inches.
  2. Bring water to boil and add a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook potatoes until very tender, about 20 minutes.
  4. Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl.
  5. Mash potatoes with a potato masher.
  6. Mix in salt, pepper, Borden 1% Low Fat Buttermilk, butter and green onions. Stir until blended well and serve hot.
