- Place potatoes in a large sauce pan and enough water to cover by a few inches.
- Bring water to boil and add a pinch of salt.
- Cook potatoes until very tender, about 20 minutes.
- Drain potatoes and place in a large bowl.
- Mash potatoes with a potato masher.
- Mix in salt, pepper, Borden 1% Low Fat Buttermilk, butter and green onions. Stir until blended well and serve hot.
