As President of Borden Dairy, Pat Boyle oversees the 3,300 employees, 12 plants and nearly 100 branches that procure, produce, sell and deliver the nutritious and delicious dairy products made famous by Elsie the Cow. Pat joined the most service-oriented dairy company in July 2020.
Prior to Borden, Pat most recently served as owner and CEO of Hill Country Dairies, a full-service distribution company for fresh milk and dairy products specializing in the food service industry. Pat spent the preceding 36 years of his career with Dean Foods, most notably serving as the Southwest Group Vice President overseeing 11 plants in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and New Mexico. His dairy industry experience also includes positions as a Distribution Manager, Sales Manager and Branch Manager for Cabell’s and Oak Farms Dairies and as General Manager of Schepps Dairy. He began his career at Meadow Gold Dairies in Fort Worth.
Pat holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Southern Methodist University. He resides in Allen, TX, with his wife Penny. Their son Chris, also a dairy industry veteran, and daughter-in-law Tanya are parents to his grandson Braxton.
