Brent Fowler has served as Borden’s Vice President of Operations since June 2018. He is responsible for supporting and leading field manufacturing efforts, with all plant operations leaders reporting to him. Brent ensures that all Borden products are produced on time and with the quality and care that customers expect.
Prior to joining Borden, Brent spent 27 years at Frito-Lay, where he held a number of key leadership positions, both within the plants and at the corporate level. Most recently, he served as the Senior Director of the Dallas/Fort Worth supply chain, overseeing more than 750 employees in both union and non-union facilities. During his time at Frito-Lay, Brent became well-versed in various areas of operations management, from designing productivity optimization strategies to turning around low-performing plants.
Brent graduated from Fresno State University with a degree in mechanical engineering.
