3 cups shredded Monterey Jack
1 container Borden Green Chile Sour Cream Dip
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1 11 ounce can of corn, drained
½ cup red onion
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced thin
Mix the cheese, Borden Green Chile Sour Cream Dip, garlic powder, red onion and corn together. Pour into dish and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
