Strawberry Milk Panna Cotta

Instructions
In a small bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until the gelatin softens.
In a saucepan, combine the Borden Strawberry Milk, Borden Heavy Whipping Cream, and sugar. Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture is hot but not boiling. Remove from heat.
Add the softened gelatin to the hot milk mixture and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. If using, add vanilla extract and a few drops of red food coloring to achieve your desired pink color.
Divide the mixture into serving glasses or molds. Small, heart-shaped molds would be perfect for Valentine's Day, but any small ramekin or glass will work.
Refrigerate the panna cotta for at least 4 hours, or until set. It can also be left to set overnight.
