Elsie's Homemade Fall Apple Muffins

Instructions

Sprinkle chopped apples with sugar from sugar shaker, microwave for about 3 minutes. Set aside.

Stir together milk, butter/oil, and eggs.

In a separate bowl, use an electric hand mixer to mix together baking powder, sugar, and cinnamon. Add the wet ingredients and combine using a wire whisk or fork.

Mix in flour just until there are no dry chunks.

Lightly stir in the apple.

Fill muffin pan about ¾ with the mixture. You could also use foil muffin liners on a baking pan if you don’t have a muffin pan!
