Elmer's Pumpkin Pie

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 F.

Press pie crust into pie dish. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugars, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and lemon zest. Beat eggs and add to mixture

Gradually stir in Borden Heavy Whipping Cream followed by the pumpkin pure.

Pour mixture into pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the center of the pie has set. Serve with Borden’s Perfectly Rich Whipped Cream.
