Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Ed Fugger is responsible for developing and executing Borden’s strategy and leading the organization to accomplish the company’s vision of being the best-in-class dairy company in the markets we serve.
Additionally, Ed is a co-founder of Capitol Peak Partners, the majority owner of Borden. Prior to Capitol Peak, Ed was Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development for WhiteWave where he oversaw the development and execution of the Company’s growth and capital structure strategies. Prior to WhiteWave, Ed was Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development for Dean Foods which he helped transform through numerous transactions over eight years. Prior to Dean Foods, he was a Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisition Group of Bear Stearns. He began his career in the audit and assurance practice at Price Waterhouse. Ed received his BBA from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Brice Coleman is responsible for partnering with business leaders across the organization to lead the planning, development and execution of the company’s people strategy in support of Borden’s business goals and its People First culture. In this role, Brice directs the functions associated with attracting, developing and retaining more than 3,300 Borden employees.
Prior to Borden, Brice spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles, previously serving as EVP of Human Resources at CROSSMARK and as VP of Human Resources and Employee Development at Travelocity during the company’s formative, high-growth years. Brice has also worked in a variety of international and domestic HR roles both at Sabre and American Airlines.
Brice graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in business administration and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Chief Legal Officer

As Chief Legal Officer, Alex Madrazo is directly responsible for all legal matters affecting Borden. He serves as an active member of the company’s executive team, providing strategic counsel on legal, business and operational matters. He also serves as the company’s corporate secretary and manages the company’s risk management department.
With more than 25 years of legal experience, Alex most recently served as Vice President, Division General Counsel for Dean Foods Company, where he was responsible for providing legal services to the sales and operations functions of the company. Alex began his legal career as a litigator at Locke Lord LLP, in Dallas.
Alex earned his law degree from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law; he received his undergraduate degree in financial planning and counseling from Purdue University.
Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Pat Ford oversees all of Borden’s financial operations and leads the Company’s financial strategies that support the profitable growth of the business.
Pat spent most of his career in the dairy industry. In the late ’90s, he was CFO of Southern Foods Group. He led the effort to finance the $400 million acquisition of Borden/Meadow Gold Holdings in 1997, which doubled the size of Southern Foods to approximately $1 billion in annual net sales. Southern Foods’ net sales grew to $1.3 billion in 2000, at which time it was acquired by Suiza Foods. In December 2001, Suiza bought and became branded as Dean Foods Company.
At Suiza and Dean Foods, Pat served as CFO of the Dairy Group, overseeing the financial reporting and accounting of over 100 dairy operations representing nearly $9 billion in annual net sales. During his tenure with Dean Foods, Pat played a key role with all Dairy Group acquisitions, including their integration into the Dairy Group operations. Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Rodney Hillis oversees all Borden’s supply chain activity associated with manufacturing, inventory, shipping, and logistics ensuring Borden products are efficiently delivered to the customers. Rodney is also responsible for safety, quality, and procurement activities supporting Borden’s vision to deliver reliable, high quality dairy products in the markets we serve.
Rodney is a supply chain and dairy industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience, spending twenty years with Dean Foods in multiple plant leadership and senior director roles across the country. Rodney later joined Panera Bread manufacturing to lead a division stretching from Boston to Seattle. In October of 2020, after a brief stint away from the dairy industry, Rodney joined Borden as VP of Operations to reconnect to the industry and lead manufacturing for the company.
Rodney received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Tech University.
SVP of Sales

As SVP of Sales at Borden, Tom Martin leads Borden’s relationship with one of its largest customers and resides in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Tom brings 25 years of industry experience to Borden, having most recently served as the Sam’s Team Lead for Quaker products at PepsiCo. Previously, he was the Walmart Director of Customer Management and the Sam’s Director of Customer Management for the Frito-Lay Division at PepsiCo. Tom previously served in a variety of senior sales and general management roles at PepsiCo.
Tom graduated from John Brown University with a bachelor’s degree in business management and from Southwest Baptist University with a master’s degree in business administration.
