- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Press pie crust into pie dish. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugars, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves and lemon zest. Beat eggs and add to mixture
- Gradually stir in Borden Heavy Whipping Cream followed by the pumpkin pure.
- Pour mixture into pie crust.
- Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and the center of the pie has set. Serve with Borden’s Perfectly Rich Whipped Cream.
