Ingredients

3 cup shredded Monterey Jack
1 container Borden Jalapeño Sour Cream Dip
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cans of corn, drained
1/2 cup red onion
2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoon green onions, sliced thin

Instructions

Mix the cheese, Borden Jalapeno Sour Cream Dip, garlic powder, red onion and corn together. Pour into dish and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
