Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Place 12 non-stick muffin liners into muffin pan. In a large bowl combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl combine honey, eggs, butter and Borden 1% Low Fat Buttermilk until smooth.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly, some lumps are okay. Add Borden Buttermilk if you think the batter is too thick.
- Pour batter into muffin cups, filling 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
- Typically 15-20 minutes
