As Vice President of Business Development, Radhika Brinkopf is responsible for driving new and existing customer growth through category management and insights. In addition, she leads the company’s go-to-market strategy, including route design focused on superior customer service.
She has held several diverse roles in the consumer/retail space as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and a leader at Frito-Lay. At Frito-Lay, Radhika’s positions spanned across the Portfolio Strategy, Marketing, Go-To-Market and Business Innovation teams. These consulting and in-house experiences have supported Radhika in directing both strategy and execution, to advance Borden’s continued focus on customer service and industry-leading growth.
Radhika earned her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her MBA from The MIT Sloan School of Management. She and her husband Ben reside in Dallas with their dog, Lou.
