As Vice President, Corporate Controller, Diego leads Borden’s support office operations, including accounting (corporate and field), shared services (accounts receivable, route settlement, accounts payable, payroll, master data and customer service), tax and treasury, in addition to the company’s financial reporting.
Diego has more than 20 years of experience as an accounting and finance leader. Before joining Borden in 2014, Diego served as CFO of Ascend Custom Extrusions and spent six years at KPMG, where he was a Director. Previously, he led the financial statements team at Grupo Clarin S.A., Argentina’s biggest media conglomerate. He began his career as an accountant with Arthur Andersen.
Diego graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in accounting and completed postgraduate studies at Torcuato di Tella University in Argentina. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
