Sweet & Simple Whipped Cream Cupcakes

1 ¾ cup cake flour

½ teaspoon salt

1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

1 ½ cup Borden Premium Heavy Whipping Cream

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract 


Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prep cupcake pan with liners. Combine flour, salt, baking powder – whisk together and set aside. In a separate bowl, beat Borden Premium Heavy Whipping Cream until fluffy peaks form. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla extract, then carefully add the flour mixture to the bowl and mix thoroughly. Spoon batter into liners, filling the cups halfway. Bake for 15-20 minutes and cool cupcakes on a wire rack. Top with your favorite frosting and enjoy.
