- Preheat oven to 350 F. Beat butter and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.
- Mix in flour and Borden 1% Low Fat Buttermilk then beat until smooth. Pour mixture into pie crust and bake for approximately 25 minutes or until pie has lightly browned and the center is set.
- Let pie cool to room temperature and serve with Borden’s Perfectly Rich Whipped Cream.
